• Six pack surgery

Six Packs Surgery is a procedures design for men to  reshapes the abdominal region and involves an advance level of detailing and distinction to the abdomen that gets you six packs.

Six-pack surgery or abdominal etching, works for people who do not exercise. This procedure can be combined with liposuction of other areas such as the flanks and lower back

Six pack abs are not always easy to get through diet and exercise alone. Abdominal etching is a liposuction procedure that removes excess fat between the abdominal muscles, and helps to give more definition to your abdomen resembling six packs. The whole procedure accentuates the abdominal rippling and your stomach appears tighter, firmer and more muscular like you had always hoped.

Many men strive for those ever-desirable six packs and work for years without obtaining the desired results. Tireless stomach crunches and sit-ups don’t get the job due to the layer of fat covering the muscle. No matter how disciplined you are about your regimen, you don’t get the six pack dreams so easily fulfilled. So at that moment, six pack abs liposuction is your secret weapon. Many men have turned to six pack abs surgery for that more defined abdominal region and that good six pack look.

Factors considered for eligibility to the Six Pack Surgery include:

  • Good overall health.
  • No significant medical issues.
  • Physically fit and a solid muscle build.
  • Patients already in shape and have between one to two centimeters of ‘pinchable belly fat.’

However, this surgery is not suitable for patients with massive accumulation of fat that are seeking to reduce their belly fat significantly or reduce their weight, because the quanity of fat removed during the surgery is relatively small. A traditional liposuction rather than the six pack operation is more suitable for them.

Surgery Techniques

  1. Abdominal Etching

This procedure involves, selectively removing a tiny quantity of fat enclosing the patient’s inherent muscular curves and shape, or sculpting the abdomen to form a athletic silhouette. It’s a modern procedure that makes use of a unique cannula to form and curve fat pads in the abdomen. This provides patients with a flat stomach giving the Six or Eight Pack abdomen look.

  1. Liposuction on Love handles and back to improve abdominal shape.
  2. Lipo-Injection

Lipo-Injection is liposuction of excess fat, which is reinjected back into the muscles to provide a perfect outcome.

  1. Pre-operation Preparation
  • Patients will get a general medical check-up.

  • Two weeks before getting the operation, patients are advised to avoid anti-inflammatory drugs such as aspirin, smoking, and taking of supplements which can cause anticoagulation.
  • Patients will be required to shower before the operation.
  • Hypertension patients will need to control their blood pressure to be under 140/99 mm Hg before having the operation.

  • Due to blood loss during surgery, patients with heart disease are not supposed to get a high volume of liposuction.
The Procedure

Before the surgery, the surgeon will draw an outline of the person’s abdominal muscles to serve as a guide during the surgery. The doctor administers General anesthesia. The doctor then makes small incisions (0.5cm), from the belly button by following the inborn creases on the abdomen. The doctor then inserts a small metal tube (cannula), underneath the skin. The surgeon then gets rid of unwanted fat together with the lines sketched  by the doctor using the liposuction technique while at the same time shaping the abs into the coveted contours. Some patients may need lipo-injection for the perfect outcome. Once the surgeon concludes the procedure, sutures may or may not be required for the incisions which usually measure a quarter of an inch long.
