Penis Enlargement by Fat Transfer
Penis enlargement by fat transfer is an outpatient procedure performed under local anesthesia.
The surgery begins with a liposuction procedure to harvest the patient’s own body fat. Typically, fat will be collected from the stomach or thighs, although it can be from almost anywhere on the body with unwanted fatty deposits. Once enough fat is collected the fat will be purified and prepared for the injection process.
The surgeon will make a small incision at the base of the penis so that a liposuction cannula can be inserted. Typically, between 30-65 ml is inserted, although the amount may be more or less depending on the patient.
